From that we created the Cheesecake soft Biscuit. An extraordinary treat with great flavors and a unique texture. That has delighted our customer in the Pacific Northwest since 2018.

What is a Cheesecake soft Biscuit? It's a play on our Baked Cheesecake. By reformulating our cheesecake recipe we created a short bread cheesecake. A desert Biscuit similar to a scone but with more flavor and a unique texture. They can be enjoyed as a single serving straight out of their package. You may want to try them warmed with jam and butter or as part of a desert like Strawberry Short Cake. Be Creative they are delicious.
